My Yoga Journey: From Self-Discovery to Supporting Other Mums
Yoga entered my life at a time when I was looking to get in tune with my body, build strength, and lose weight. What began as a way to move and reconnect physically soon became something so much deeper. I found not just a way to exercise, but a path to peace, resilience, and self-acceptance.

Finding Myself Through Yoga
As my practice evolved, so did I. Yoga became my space to breathe, to slow down, and to listen to my body in a way I never had before. Inspired by how transformative it was, I took the step to train as a yoga teacher — eager to share what I had found, but also to continue discovering who I was, both on and off the mat.
During this journey, I was introduced to yin yoga, and something clicked. The stillness, the surrender, the deep internal work — it resonated with me in a way that felt like coming home. I deepened my training in yin and restorative yoga, and soon after, began teaching these practices that had brought so much grounding and balance into my life.
Yoga Through Pregnancy and Into Motherhood
When I became pregnant, yoga became more than my practice — it became my anchor. I struggled to find prenatal yoga classes that felt accessible or supportive, so I decided to train and certify in prenatal yoga myself. I knew how much yoga was helping me navigate pregnancy, and I felt called to share that with other mums-to-be.
Yoga was a lifeline during my pregnancy and birth journey. The breath, the softness, the strength I’d built — I truly don’t know how I would have coped without it. And when I became a mum, I found new ways to weave yoga into daily life — sometimes that meant my little one joined in too (as rare as those moments can be!).
I also found mindfulness practices helped us both: in the chaos, in the quiet, in the ordinary moments that make up life with a baby.
Why I Teach Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum and baby yoga is about more than just movement. It’s a space to bond with your baby, to reconnect with your own body, and to meet other mums who are navigating the same beautiful, messy, exhausting season. It’s about building a village — something I believe every mother needs.
Alongside my yoga teaching, I’ve also trained as a breastfeeding supporter, because I’m passionate about uplifting and supporting women through the early days of motherhood. Whether it’s through yoga, mindful breath, or a listening ear, I’m here to help mums feel seen, strong, and supported.

My Mission
Today, I share yoga with the hope of offering what it gave me:
> Strength when I felt weak
> Peace when I felt overwhelmed
> Connection when I felt alone
Wherever you are on your journey — pregnant, postpartum, or simply seeking stillness — I invite you to join me. Let’s breathe, move, and grow gently together.
