A NEW Chapter: Kind Body Yoga Classes Begin at Headley Park Church in September
I’m so excited to share some wonderful news — my Kind Body Yoga classes are officially beginning at Headley Park Church, and I can’t wait to welcome you!
Starting this month, I’ll be offering:
🕊 Mum & Baby Yoga – Tuesdays at 09:30
💛 Price: £10 per class or £42 for a 5 week block
🕊 Pregnancy Yoga – Thursdays at 18:15
💛 Price: £8 per class or £42 for a 6 week block

Why Kind Body Yoga?
In a world that can sometimes push us to “do more” and “be more,” Kind Body Yoga is about slowing down, listening, and caring for yourself exactly as you are today.
My approach focuses on:
✨ Honouring your body’s wisdom — adapting movement to your needs.
✨ Inclusive, judgment-free space — all bodies, all abilities welcome.
✨ Gentle strength and mindful breath — building stability, ease, and confidence.
✨ Community and connection — because yoga is more than just movement.
Yoga Through Pregnancy and Into Motherhood
Yoga was a lifeline during my pregnancy and birth journey. The breath, the softness, the strength I’d built — I truly don’t know how I would have coped without it. And when I became a mum, I found new ways to weave yoga into daily life — sometimes that meant my little one joined in too (as rare as those moments can be!).
I also found mindfulness practices helped us both: in the chaos, in the quiet, in the ordinary moments that make up life with a baby.
Why I Teach Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum and baby yoga is about more than just movement. It’s a space to bond with your baby, to reconnect with your own body, and to meet other mums who are navigating the same beautiful, messy, exhausting season. It’s about building a village — something I believe every mother needs.
