I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Nikoleta, and I offer gentle, grounded yoga designed to support you through life’s most tender transitions — especially pregnancy, early motherhood, whenever you need to move mindfully and with intent, or need the deep rest of yin yoga.

Whether you’re expecting, recovering, or simply seeking movement or stillness in a busy world, you are welcome here — just as you are.


My Approach

This isn’t about perfect poses or pushing harder.
It’s about pausing, listening, and growing gently.

I teach from a place of calm and compassion, creating space for:

✨Reconnection with your body

Yoga with me is slow, steady, and supportive — a space to breathe deeply, move intuitively, and honour your own rhythm. With just a little bit of whimsy and lighthearted approach.


Why I Do This Work

I believe that every woman deserves to feel safe, strong, and seen in her body — especially during pregnancy and postpartum.
I’ve seen how mindful movement and breath can be anchors during change. And I’m here to offer that same anchor to you.
