Postnatal Yoga
Becoming a mum brings big changes — in your body, your mind, and your heart. What better way to navigate this new chapter than by gently reconnecting with yourself, bonding with your baby, and meeting other mums along the way?
We hold a hello circle at the beginning of each class to allow you to share how you are feeling, to ask questions, and to support others.
From there, we move together following a plan that will be tailored to meet the individual needs of the people attending. The practice is gentle yet strengthening, designed to help you feel at home in your new body.
With classes designed to allow you to safely exercise to regain strength, pelvic floor, and deep core. All whilst having some bonding time with your baby.
This course is as much for the parents as for their babies. It is focused on creating a calming, relaxed environment, centered around having fun and where no parent need worry if their baby is crying, sleeping, feeding or needing a change.
Becoming a mum brings big changes — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Mum & baby classes offer a space to:
✨ Reconnect with yourself and your body
✨ Bond with your baby through mindful movement
✨ Meet and share with other mums who understand
Join us to move, breathe, and grow gently — together.

FAQ’s
Do I need prior yoga experience?
No, all levels and bodies welcome!
Do I need to have given birth recently?
If you had a baby a year ago or more and never incorporated a dedicated postnatal class to help your recovery after birth, you may not have fully strengthened your pelvic floor or deepest core. If you suffer with lower back ache, particular after any other exercise or running or if you have a little wee when you laugh, cough or sneeze, then come along to this class – you will feel the benefit in no time. Feel free to come hands free, you don’t have to bring your little one along!
Should I consult with my doctor prior to attending?
As with any exercise after birth, it is always a good idea to get the all clear from your doctor or women’s health physiotherapist before you start classes. Please make sure you have been cleared after your 6 week check up prior to signing up for the classes.
When are the classes suitable from?
Suitable from 12 weeks after birth. For experienced yogis at least 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after an c-section/abdominal birth, right up until your baby is on the move.
What should I bring?
The studio has all the equipment that you will need. If you’d like to bring your own mat, you are very welcome to do so.
Some people like to bring a blanket with them. This can be a nice way to have something with a familiar scent for your baby.
Anything else you or your baby need.
What should I wear?
Wear anything that you are comfortable in. Yoga leggings are not required.
Can I cancel my booking?
You need to give 12 hours notice to cancel. Classes cannot be refunded, but can be transferred, if 12 hours notice is given.
