Yoga as Your Anchor
Prenatal Yoga is more than just a class — it’s a space for community, connection, and mindful movement. If you’re looking to feel supported, empowered, and more connected to your growing baby, this practice is for you.
Each session begins with a sharing circle — a relaxed check-in where you’re welcome (never pressured!) to share how you’re feeling, how your week has been, or anything on your mind. It’s a gentle way to build a safe, supportive space and get to know others on the same journey.
From there, we move together. The practice is gentle yet strengthening, designed to help you feel at home in your changing body. We focus on:
✨ Pelvic stability and strength
✨ Breath awareness
✨ Releasing tension and easing discomfort
✨ Supporting your physical and emotional wellbeing
✨ Building confidence for birth
Every movement is here to remind you of how capable, resilient, and wise your body truly is.
🌸 Join us for a practice that celebrates what your body can do — while connecting with yourself, your baby, and a caring community of mums-to-be.
We finish each 60minute session with an optional 30minute time slot to give expecting mums a chance to socialise, catch up, or rest with a cup of tea and biscuits.
Who Can Join?
If you’re new to yoga, you can start from 12 weeks and practice right up until your baby arrives.
Already a yogi or exercise regularly? You’re welcome to join earlier—just give us a heads-up!
