A fun yoga adventure with games, movement, and relaxation for children ages 2-5
Toddler yoga is a playful, movement-based class designed especially for little ones ages 2–5 years (with a grown-up nearby or participating). Instead of focusing on stillness or perfect poses, toddler yoga blends movement, imagination, games, music, and storytelling to help children explore their bodies and emotions in a fun, supportive way.
In toddler yoga, we move like animals, stretch like growing trees, fly like rockets, and rest like sleepy stars. Classes are intentionally flexible and child-led. Toddlers are free to wiggle, wander, join in, take breaks, or simply observe. Every form of participation is welcome.

What a Class Might Look Like
A typical class might begin with a welcome song, followed by a short story—perhaps a magical adventure through the jungle. As the story unfolds, children move their bodies to match the tale: stomping like elephants, stretching like tall giraffes, curling up like sleepy lions. We may play a yoga game, explore breathing with bubbles or scarves, and finish with a brief rest or quiet moment.
No prior yoga experience is needed for toddlers or adults.

Who Can Join?

FAQ’s
Does my toddler need to be able to follow instructions?
Not at all. Toddler yoga is play-based and child-led. Children are invited to follow along, but they’re also welcome to explore, take breaks, or simply watch.
Will my child be expected to sit still or be quiet?
Nope! Toddler yoga embraces movement, sound, curiosity, and energy. The focus is joyful participation, not stillness or perfection.
Do caregivers participate in class?
Yes! Caregivers stay with their toddler and are encouraged to join in as much (or as little) as they’d like. Your presence helps your child feel safe and supported.
What should we wear or bring?
Comfortable clothing and bare feet are perfect. If little ones are not comfortable with bare feet, grippy socks to avoid slipping are recommended. Yoga mats are helpful but not required. Toddlers are welcome to move freely in the space.
What if my toddler has a short attention span?
That’s completely normal. Classes are designed with short activities, stories, and games to keep things engaging while remaining flexible and pressure-free.
Can I cancel my booking?
You need to give 12 hours notice to cancel. Classes cannot be refunded, but can be transferred, if 12 hours notice is given.
